Electric Laser
This electric laser light for pantograph designs is powered by the Voyager 17. It has a long enough adjustable arm that it can be used for rear pantograph work or swivel it to the front for use with stencils and computer printouts. The attachment to the machine is magnetic, but a clamp version can be used as well.

The New Handles
My Purple Front Set My Purple Rear Set
Pink Set for Jacquie Black Set for Barbara The design for my handles came out of necessity. I started with 2 original Hinterberg handles when I bought my setup. I soon learned that working from the front, shoulders started to tense up and raise up to my ears; and with the rear set, couldn't see the needle very well while holding them with 2 hands. Also, with both sides, the twist to my wrists would aggravated the carpal tunnel nerve and my hands would go numb before I could finish one pass on a queen sized quilt. I didn't like that I had to look away from the quilt in order to stop it or to do the needle up/down. Now, I have those features at the control of my thumbs and there are no more stitching mess ups front looking away from the quilt. I can start and stop it on a dime. They work perfect with the addition of the Hinterberg Stitch Regulator too.

Thrust Bearings
Close Up Showing the Bearings and Washers One problem I had with my frame was on the bars that rotated, the black knobs would over tighten or loosen to the point that they fall off. The thrust bearings keep this from happening and lets the bars roll smoother. These were added at each end of the moveable bars and the same amount of washers alone to the non moveable bars to have equal spacing across the frame.

Butterfly Thread Guard
This was to solve the problem of the thread wearing a channel in the paint of the machine. Here is a small video to show how to put the clip on the Voyager 17.
